I purchased a 2016 Range Rover Sport Td6 from Land Rover Denver approximately five years ago. At the time of sale, I was told that the diesel platform was reliable, offered lower maintenance costs, and required oil changes at intervals of roughly 10,000 to 16,000 miles. Brought a vehicle from this dealership in late January but paperwork hasn't complete for 4 months, 2 of my temporary plates expired and my paperwork hasn't complete. Staff even pretended to leave the dealership to avoid the follow up, they were lack of knowledge and not paying attention to details when they submit paperwork. Just don't come buy cars from here, it will make your life happier

Yeah I'm not completely satisfied after reviewing the inspection video it was stated that the break pads were good and nothing about rear parking brakes motors. Once I agreed to have the sensors done I was then hit with "more problems" and questions around "who did my brakes" seems like since Land Rover didn't do the break work they was able to hit me with more fees and and cost over $3800. This was our first service appt on our CPO Range Rover purchased from Land Rover Denver. Our service professional ensured any eligible labor and parts were covered by our extended warranty leaving only the deductible and steering fluid replacement at our expense. While some parts took longer to arrive than hoped, he remained in communication and offered alternate ride services if needed. Very good experience all around.

Worst experience of my life with all the luxury calls we have owned. The car has been in 2 different times for the same issue (sunroof) and when picked up yesterday it still isn't working. We have called the Service Dept at Land Rover Denver and they never answer their phone. I call a call from Bob Kelm at Land Rover today to ask about my experience and I told him, and his answer is that he can't get anyone to pickup the phone over there as well. Please stay far far away from this Landrover dealership. They smile and are very nice and caring when you are buying a vehicle from here. Then when it comes to the service department, which needs someone more seasoned who doesn’t lack professionalism The Service Manager Matt needs to be replaced, he shows no compassion or empathy for the Guest. He’s very mentally immature for such a huge position. I pray they hire someone who knows the value of their Customers.
Top shelf folks at this store, My daughter and I flew to Colorado to purchase a nice rust free used car to drive home. LRD was our first visit and we happily drove our Rav4 home that evening. Land Rover Denver has been always been my number one choice to get my Land Rover services taken care of. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have always provided clear and concise feedback about my vehicles needs. The processing in and out the door has always been efficient and quick. When I moved to California for a few years, I would still drive back to Colorado once a year to get an annual bumper to bumper inspections and servicing because Denver has been reliable and provides Excellent Customer Service.
Land Rover Denver is the reason car dealers (still) have a bad reputation. I buy many cars and have never had one sold out from under me while was I on the way to the dealership with a firm appointment for an exact car. In my case they literally sold the car while I was driving 40 minutes across town for my appointment, I arrived for the appointment at the exact time we agreed to, 11:45AM on 4/24/2021, only to find out it was being sold.

I’ve been to this service center twice for the same issue. I have not seen this level of disorganization, scattered service or lack of a care about a customer from a service center, much less from a luxury car service center. I always believed that paying a premium for service yielded premium service experience. Land Rover Denver disproves that theory with flying colors.

We brought our 2017 Range Rover Sport in for our regular annual service at the beginning of April 2020. My husband dropped it off and received a loaner vehicle. This service appointment was one of the biggest I've done with my LR4 and it makes me even more thankful for 3 things that stand out as to why I would only service my Land Rover here. First is I trust my service advisor Dillon. He never steers me wrong and walks me through everything in a way that puts me at ease. The environment/culture there (professional, warm, attentive) is consistent and pleasant and in the end, I know the expertise of the mechanics is worth paying a little extra for.
Excellent service, communication and video of checkup is amazing! Joe Kilgore is my service manager and he is the BEST! They are most agreeable to giving a loaner car and NOT a rental.
My wife and I live in Wyoming and called ahaead to check inventory.

Bought a new discovery sport from Land Rover with 2 small door dings that they offered to remove for me upon purchase. Not only did he help me set up InTouch for my car’s remote programs, he went well beyond and made sure that both my window tinting and dent removal were scheduled when they failed to call for the first week. Everything was great at Land Rover of Denver. Used car price was below bluebook value. Facility was very clean and everyone at the dealership was very professional.
They can do paperwork properly to ensure you get an accurate interest rate. 757 credit score doesn’t equal a 15% interest rate. Not military friend and won’t work with USAA.
The reason why my rating is excellent is that purchasing a car from Luther was a calm, relaxed, no pressure sales approach. He had knowledge about the car that I was purchasing, and was honest.
I gave this rating because that are there to help in any way, very astonishing and professional dealer, it made buying a car easy with all their help!
